Answer:
If you ticked yes to one or two of these answers you are at moderate risk of sleep apnoea. If you ticked more than two, you are at significant risk of sleep apnoea.

Sleep apnoea increases the risk of heart disease, hypertension and the risk of daytime accidents (such as falling asleep at the wheel).It also increases the risk of diabetes (apnoea increases insulin resistance).

Emerging evidence also shows sleep apnoea is linked to fatty liver disease in both children and adults.
