Lung Function Test

At the SRS clinic at Wahroonga we have a compressive lung function lab called SRS lung function laboratory @ San.
This lab has the capability to perform full lung function testing including spirometry, lung volumes, diffusion, altitude testing and skin allergy testing as well as tests for asthma.

REFERRAL

If you have a valid referral from your healthcare provider (GP or a Specialist Doctor), you are eligible for a Medicare rebate.

What is a Lung Function Test?

There are variety of tests to decide if you have a functional issue with your lungs.
Your specialist or GP will decide what exact type of test is required.

How long does it take?

The test times vary from 15 minutes 90 minutes depending on the complexity of the test.

How much does it cost?

This service is mixed billed.
